This past weekend I was at my local grocery store, picking up more Boca burgers and I saw something I just couldn’t believe.
Lean Cuisine has a new line called Veggie Cuisine made with Gardein chick’n. So, being beside myself, I grabbed 3 of the 4 varieties that I saw in the store. The 4th was a veg lasagna but with ricotta so I passed on that one. I’d rather make mine with tofu.
Anyway, I’m pleased to see this not only by a big name company like LC but also in my rural, middle america store.
